The information you share
The form collects your name, email address, target markets and the project details you choose to provide. These can include your business name, fragrance direction, quantity, timing, support preferences and notes. If you include a bottle design, the shape, material, size, finish, closure, label style and names you enter are stored with your enquiry. If you attach a scent quiz result, your mood, favourite notes, notes to avoid, desired character and inspiration are included with your enquiry. Quiz answers are not sent to Scentology until you submit the project form. It also records when your brief was submitted and your agreement to be contacted about it.
If you arrive through a campaign link, the form may include the link’s source, medium and campaign tags with your enquiry. This helps Scentology understand which campaigns led to project enquiries. Do not include sensitive personal information in your project notes.
How the enquiry is used
Your brief is stored for Scentology to review and follow up about your potential project. Submitting the form does not place an order, take a payment or subscribe you to a marketing list.
Enquiries are stored in the website’s hosted database and are not displayed publicly. Website and hosting service providers process the information to operate the form and storage. Authorised Drella team members can access your enquiry in a private dashboard. Internal email alerts share the brief with the Scentology team through its email service; these are separate from any reply to you.
Website measurement
We count page views, form starts, completed scent quizzes and use of the bottle studio to understand use of this website. These measurements record the page path, referral source or campaign tag, time, broad device category and country where available. They do not contain your name, email, quiz answers, full web address, IP address or a persistent visitor identifier. We use no analytics cookies or advertising pixels. Browsers that send Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals are excluded from these usage counts. Enquiries are still saved when you submit the form.
Storage and contact
Enquiry records remain stored until removed by Scentology. To request access, correction or removal of your submitted information, contact info@scentology.me and include your project reference if available.
The form does not use advertising trackers or save your contact details in browser storage. Your bottle design, attached scent quiz and campaign attribution can be kept in this browser tab’s session storage so you can move between the studio and enquiry form. These drafts are sent to Scentology only when you submit an enquiry; usage counts do not include the draft contents. The hosting service may process technical request information and use essential sign-in or security cookies, including for access to the private team dashboard.
