What does private label laundry perfume mean?

You sell the finished laundry perfume under your own brand. The production and development work is arranged with a supply partner, so you can focus on the customer, the brand and how you will bring it to market.

The important question is how much you want to customise. Your fragrance route, bottle, label and packaging choices shape the scope, cost and timetable. “Private label” does not automatically mean an exclusive formula or a fully bespoke bottle. Those details belong in your project agreement.

Start with the right fragrance route

An available fragrance option can give you a practical starting point to sample and assess. A tailored fragrance brief starts with a more specific direction and may involve additional development, sampling and revisions. We can explore which route fits your first range.

  • Describe the customer and the feeling you want the fragrance to create.
  • Decide whether one hero scent or a small collection is the clearest starting point.
  • Discuss any exclusivity expectations before development begins.
  • Agree how samples will be reviewed and who gives final approval.

Make it recognisably yours

Your identity connects the scent to your customer. We can help with branding direction, label design and packaging choices, or work with an identity you already have. Your proposal will define the design support included.

A useful first brief explains your target audience, intended selling price, sales channels and visual references. The aim is a product that makes sense as a whole: scent, presentation and customer experience.

From the approved brief to your finished range

Drella can coordinate bottle filling, labelling, packing and delivery. Before production, agree the finished specification, product and artwork approvals, quantities, costs, timing and destination.

Minimum orders vary with your fragrance and packaging choices. Share a realistic estimate for your first order and any launch deadline; we will discuss what is feasible. Quantities, development services and delivery terms are confirmed in your proposal.

What to include in your enquiry

  • Your brand or working idea, and the type of customer you want to reach.
  • Countries where you intend to sell and where the order will be delivered.
  • Fragrance preferences, bottle ideas and how many products you want to launch.
  • Your first-order ambition, budget range if known, and preferred launch timing.
  • Whether you need fragrance, branding and complete production support, or selected services.
